Mark is a highly experienced management consultant   with significant and proven expertise in delivering strategic change programs . He has provided change   management and project management advisory services to some of Australia’s largest and most influential companies including BHP, National Australian Bank, Newcrest Mining, Orica and Toll Group. Mark’s main area of expertise is the development and implementation of strategies for business transformation and strategic alignment.

With an energetic and focused style, Mark has a reputation for achieving results in difficult circumstances. Mark is highly capable communicator and works competently with both front-line staff and with executives.

Mark has held senior executive positions with budget accountabilities in the professional services industry. He is a recognised expert in project governance and organisational change management and has been profiled and quoted on several occasions in Australian BRW.
