Probably one of the best things you can do is to keep your approach to change management fairly simple and pragmatic. There’s no denying it, things tend go more smoothly if everyone understands the process and your approach.
With that in mind, here’s a simple two-step methodology for managing planned change:
Step 1 is doing things that help people get ready for change, and
Step 2 is doing things that help people cope with change.
